Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Local orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–15 business days
    We’ll send you a tracking number once your order ships.


Q: Do you offer customization?
A: Yes! Many of our products can be personalized. Just select the customization option on the product page and enter your details before checkout.


Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already started processing it, and changes might not be possible.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers (for certain locations). All transactions are secured and encrypted.


Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. For customized items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Q: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
